It’s finally spring! ‘Tis the season for flowers, sunshine, and brand new clothes! What a better way to embrace the old adage “Out with the old and in with the new!” than a bit of spring cleaning and even more spring shopping? We are getting a constant flow of new pieces in the store. It’s always hard to choose, but here are our favorite picks!
Nicole’s Picks: “I have been living in this Lilla P. Mini Dress. It is the perfect length! I can pair it with the M. Rena Capri Tummy Tuck Leggings and my Kut from the Kloth Denim Jacket and feel super put together. Its the perfect length so I was able to wear it in Palm Springs this past weekend with no leggings, as well, and show off some legs, too. The Lilla P. Easy V-Neck with my Kut from the Kloth Michelle Slim Flare jeans are a curvy lady’s dream. The Kut jeans go up to a size 16 so they work with my plus size body and this top is so flattering on my apple shape. The Lulu David Noel Necklace started out as a gift for me for my birthday from Sara Dahlquist and Lacey from Lulu, but now its an Oregonian and Shop Adorn Favorite. It extends, too, so it works well with my plump neck ;)”
Jess B.’s Picks: “The Lilla P. Easy V-Neck is a flattering spin on three of my favorite things: stripes, dolman sleeves and deep v-necks sweaters! The Central Park West Sahara Jacket was a surprise piece for me. It took a few glances to realize the design was genius! The casual hipster hoodie combined with a classy linen jacket, but without the bulk! Love it! I usually steer away from creams, but this pattern and fit of the Red 23 Faux Leather Yoke Dress are killer and the construction is flattering to a lot of different body types. It’s long enough to work with longer torsos but still short enough to feel sexy.”
Kristen’s Picks: “Everyone looks great in a chevron stripe and the Lilla P. Easy V-Neck is no exception. Pair it with scarf, skinny jeans, and a nude colored pump or bootie and head out for an afternoon with your gal pals! The soft little M. Rena V-Neck/Scoop Dress is magical. It smooths, flatters, and covers the ASSets. Slip one on over a pair of M. Rena High-Waisted Leggings, add the Spring in the Park statement necklace from Betsy & Iya, and a pair of leopard flats. Only you will know you’re wearing what feels like your pajamas! I love the Lulu David Noel Necklace! Like most everything else jewelry artist Lacey Arnett makes, this piece is, as we like to say at the shop, truly “amazeballs.” Dress it up with a LBD or go casual in a Michael Stars Tee and a pair of KUT Boyfriend jeans.”
Sam’s Picks: “Being a lover of statement jewelry, obviously I was thrilled to hear we are now carrying Grayling. The Grayling Ossetra Necklace in Smoky in particular has me swooning over the draped chains juxtaposed with the smoky crystals. I would rock this with the Kut from the Kloth Nora Top and a pair of my black Henry & Belle super skinny ankles. The Yosi Samra Two Tone Sandals are going everywhere with me this summer, I can already feel it. My toes are so excited to come out of hiding for these lovely babies. I would style it with this Jack by BB Dakota Rayna Dress. With so much dark denim around these days, it’s nice to take a break from the deep indigos and try out a lighter wash like the Dakota Collective Charlie Boyfriend Jean in Fader. I’m also loving the loose, boyfriend fit of these. I’d style them with a simple tee shirt or blouse for a more put-together look.”
